Welcome to Apna Online Vyapar. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand these terms before using our services.
1. Payment and Work Completion:
If a client fails to clear their payment within three months of the project’s completion, we reserve the right to delete all data associated with their website and cease any ongoing work.
2. Project Cancellation:
If a client chooses to cancel their project, the refund policy is as follows:
- If the client has made a 100% full payment for the project, we will refund 20% of the total project cost.
- If the client has not made a 100% payment, the amount is non-refundable.
3. Code of Conduct:
Any client engaging in disrespectful or offensive behavior towards our staff or owners will result in the termination of our services. No amount paid will be refundable in such cases.
4. Payment Delays:
In the event of payment delays, we maintain a three-month grace period to allow clients to update their payments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find a solution.
5. Source Code Request:
In the event of project cancellation, if the client requests the source code of their website or app, an additional cost will be incurred. This is because releasing the source code poses a risk to our business.
6. Privacy and Data Security:
Any information or data shared by the client is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party.
If a client’s project includes renewal options, and the client fails to make the payment for renewal, we cannot guarantee the availability of the server and domain. These are often third-party services.
8. Technical Issues:
In cases of website downtime due to technical issues, we are not liable for any damages. We provide free technical support, and we aim to resolve such issues within 48 hours, but we do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred.
9. Client-Initiated Changes:
If a client makes changes to their website that result in errors, they will be responsible for the cost of correcting these issues.
10. Revision Limitations:
After work on a project is completed, a client is allowed a maximum of two revision requests.
11. Marketing Responsibility:
We do not guarantee the generation of sales in marketing projects, and any responsibility for sales performance lies with the client.
12. Employee Conduct:
If any of our employees behave inappropriately, please report the incident to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our company will take strict action or may terminate the employee based on their behavior.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Apna Online Vyapar reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
